Refund & Cancellation Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or different from the item ordered
- You contact us within 5 days of receiving the product

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
(Except in cases where the product is defective)
To request a return, please email us at bookings@areumclinic.com with your Order ID, full name, and reason for return.
Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
- Returns due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, different from expectations)
- Opened or used products
- Cosmetics and skincare products that are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons
- Products clearly marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- Incorrect recipient information provided by the purchaser
- Delivery delays caused by incorrect email address or shipping details
Return Process
- Contact our customer support at bookings@areumclinic.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting evidence (photos or videos).
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
